Each day we process about 250 listings directly from owners. These listings we add to our database to match our actual and future client requests. In our strive to achieve the highest level of efficiency and maximum success we only update listings fitting the requests of our actual clients. We only verify and update these specific listings. These updated listings are our confirmed listings. This means: We have spoken with the owners and have checked the provided information after which we update the information in our own Real Estate CRM. When necessary and when allowed by the owner we also visit the properties

From the listings not updated for our actual clients, the non-confirmed listings, we give you the option to also select these in our search module. We do not guarantee the validity and availability of the information. In case you wish more information on one of these we will start the validation and get back to you after validation.
