The project is designed to provide everything that people need to work productively and yet live life to the full. The buildings have generous receptions creating an excellent first impression to visitors, and all floors enjoy natural light and high flexibility for partitioning.

The buildings have achieved BREEAM OUTSTANDING environmental certification, being the first new office development in Romania to achieve this title. EXPO Business Park will provide tenants with a healthy work environment, with low water and energy consumption. The materials selected for the construction have low environmental impact while the internal and external lighting solutions are according to European best practices and will all be low energy LED.

EXPO Business Park has earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future. From handwashing support and cleaning practices to health services and air and water quality monitoring protocols, we are working hard to support the health and safety of everyone who walks through the door.
