Description

RC Europe, the real estate developer from the Czech Republic that has been active in this field for 16 years, has received the construction permit for the ten-level Class A office building in Bucharest, Arc. It will be located on 27-29 Orhideelor ​​Road, near the Basarab Metro station, in a commercially developed area, but with little car traffic. Arc will have 30,000 leasable square meters for offices, with a floor area of ​​approximately 3,141 square meters. The outside space enclosed by the wings of the building will be used for a green garden, soundproofed from street noise.

The open space offices in the Arc building will have a timeless look through the carefully stylized structure. The iconic design of the Arc building and its L-shape will ensure that every square meter rented has natural light. The underground levels (-1 and -2) will include parking lots, warehouses, technical rooms, changing rooms with showers for cyclists and charging stations for electric cars.

The company also has other successful projects in Romania, such as the office spaces under the Central brand, located in Pitesti, Drobeta, and Slatina, but also the class A office buildings in Pitesti and Craiova, as well as the Nest retail spaces in Miercurea Ciuc, Oradea and Goofy.
