The estimated investment needed for this is 1.5 million euros which takes the full project investment to 3 million euros offering the investment partner 50% of this project.

  •  The signed rental agreements with the retail tenants

The retail park is an under development project, with estimated delivery date set for June 2021.

The land plot has the Urbanism Certificate, and the Construction Authorization directly obtained.
